We set up a pool for Lily and put it in the front yard of our 4-plex. I then proceeded to park my car on the grass and wash it with the hose. Do you get more trashy than that?!

Move some old furniture out on the lawn. That would amp the trash factor.
definitely have to agree with above. perhaps a couch, with a knit blanket hanging over the back :0). lily is so stinkin cute!!!
