"Drop Dead, Diego"

Thank you to our all-time favorite cartoon mistress, Natalie Dee.

This is what I'm doing today:

1. Sleeping.

3. Planting some wheat grass for Easter.

4. And probably watching a princess movie.

Getting Better...Slowly

I'm spending the next two weeks TRYING TO GET BETTER. If I don't beat my mono now, I never will!! So we're taking things slowly...meaning I take lots and lots of naps :) (I know, every mom's dream come true!)
Sorry if posts won't be as regular, but I hope you understand!
Here are a few things we've been up to lately:
1. TULIPS (my all-time fav) to cheer things up.

2. It's been a little warmer, so we've been adventuring outside.

3. Making awesome cool tents...

4. ...and wicked yummy homemade trail mix.

5. Dan and I went to Chef's Table on a big fat date...and loved it.

Bangs: Part Two

So I only had to walk around for about 6 hours yesterday with my scary bangs. Choppy, nasty, ugly bangs. I quickly made an appointment and got them fixed.
Aaaaaah, much better. :)

Discovery Gateway

NO, This isn't an advertisement for the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum in SLC...it is just SO AWESOME!
There was do much to do, see, and discover and we had a blast! Here are pictures of Lily and her cute friend Teagan playing and learning:

I just cut my own bangs in the bathroom. Crap.

D+R Designs

Ha ha, just kidding! But Dan and I did make this cute shirt for Lily:

Dan designed and sketched the elephant, I traced and sewed. Lily will love it!

Princesses

Dan and I were just saying to each other the other night that we know this is only the beginning...

Lily has been goo-goo over her princess dress.

She even picked out MY princess dress and has me wear it around the house with her! (How could I refuse?!)

We twirl and whirl and act like total divas.

...But I'm Still Bossy.

1. An awesome notepad my mom got me:

2. Here is my "medical file." I've been keeping track of all my tests, results, labs, dr's notes, good/bad days, etc. I found this folder at DI and knew we were meant to be together.

3. I hope you do this.

Seriously, if you don't clean your vacuum drum at least once a month, there is no point in vacuuming your floors. You have to take the whole thing apart, throw away all the crap, wash each piece, and clean out the filter. AND you probably didn't know that you're supposed to change the filter on your vacuum every 3 months.
Sick.
I am totally disgusted.
