We all know how crappy it feels to get into your car on a hot summer day. Yikes! So to keep Lily's car seat from heating up and having the metal burn her legs and bum, I just place a reflective dashboard cover over her car seat. It looks totally stupid, but helps a lot!

oh der! I have put towels, clothes, bags...lol. why didnt i think of that? good idea. wish i had tinted windows though :0)
That is such a good idea! Why didn't I ever think of that? My poor kids had to deal with burned bum and legs.
