This is absolutely disgusting.
I just got my IUD removed because it caused 2 years of infection, bleeding, discharge, and other yummy things. Doing a little more research, I came across this picture:

Here is the story behind it: "The patient is a 33 year old woman who presents with a 2 month history of post coital bleeding and vaginal discharge. She has 3 healthy chrildren via vaginal deliveries. She has taken oral contraceptives for the past 7 years, but now has an IUD in place for contraception. PAP smear and subsequent biopsy showed carcinoma."
