Dear Hanging Plant,
I am so dreadfully sorry I kept you too close to the window this winter. Even when I moved you, it still didn't seem to make a difference. Now all you have done is weep and die. So, like an elderly person, I will kill you to put you out of your misery before you let yourself go.
